Centurion is a boutique corporate trust services company which offers predominantly responsive and professional fiduciary services to individuals and families which is tailored to satisfy varying client needs. Centurion provides corporate trust services to clients seeking a diligent, and client-focused fiduciary for structures domiciled and/or resident in Barbados. Centurion works with clients and their advisors. Centurion can act as a trustee of purpose trusts and discretionary trusts.

A non-exhaustive list of the duties performed by Centurion includes the following:

• Provide trust administration in compliance with governing documentation and laws;
• Communicate with Beneficiaries, including managing beneficiary distribution requests, if requested;
• Coordinate and initiate Trustee meetings and document same;
• Communicate with managers, Trust Protectors, outside Investment Advisors and Family Office, if applicable;
• Coordinate with legal team, investment advisor and tax advisors and accountants as required;
• Maintain a centralized archive of books and records, including legal and financial documents;
• Maintain minute and resolution book as required;
• Bookkeeping (i) cash flow management, (ii) accounts payable and receivable and (iii) account reconciliations, all subject to tax account’s review;
• Initiate estimated tax payments, subject to tax accountant review, if necessary; and
• Generate trust accounting reports as requested, if requested.
